About
This blog is an attempt to show not just what I think, but why I think it. I was diagnosed with Asperger’s Syndrome in 2008. I am also a former federal government employee who is now anarcho-libertarian in my political philosophy.
Comments are always welcomed as long as the topic is relevant.
Hi Mike,
Thanks for stopping by my blog. You are spot on, of course in your analysis.
I wanted to visit your place and found that you are diagnosed with Asperger’s Syndrome. I know NOTHING about it, except what I read. But I did find the following:
focusing on specific deficits to address poor communication skills, obsessive or repetitive routines, and physical clumsiness
I have no idea about the physical characteristics, but your communication skills in this arena are fantastic.
Good luck, sir.
The communication skills aren’t a problem in writing as much as it is in talking face-to-face. I have a difficult time maintaining eye contact with people I am conversing with though i think I am maintaining eye contact.
My physical clumsiness is mostly with things that require precision. I did not learn how to tie my shoes until I was 10 years old. This is three years after I learned how to calculate square roots. (This is somewhat common among people with Asperger’s Syndrome)
Thank you for stopping by. I will look forward to reading more of your posts.
